Today was really cold here in Iowa. It was single digit cold! Instead of making my 7 year old wait at the end of the driveway for the bus in the freezing cold wind I decided to drive her to school. I won't mention the fact that this means I get to sleep in an extra hour. LOL I did it for her I swear! LOL
Sorry, off topic. After I dropped her off at school I was headed back home when I noticed a little red Ford Focus headed toward me with something weird poking off the side. It looked fuzzy so I thought it might be a dog sticking his head out the window from the back seat. Nope, someone had actually tied a dead doe to the back of their little Ford Focus and was carting it through town. As the title says: I thought we were more North than that! LOL
